I've been wiring up technology since long before "AI" was the answer to every question. Finished top 10 in the 2016 Excel World Championship for Canada, back when spreadsheets were where the smart work happened.

Built a working IT Service Management system over a single weekend with Power Automate, Teams, and Planner. Holds Salesforce Agentforce Specialist and Platform Administrator certifications, plus Anthropic's AI Fluency Framework & Foundations, and works daily with agentic AI tooling to move faster on client builds without cutting corners on the audit trail.

Recent work has meant building direct API integrations between Salesforce and outside systems (Named Credentials, Apex callouts, JSON mapping), tracking down automation flows that were quietly misfiring on live, high-volume pipelines, and fixing email deliverability at the DNS level (SPF, DMARC) so a domain's mail lands in the inbox instead of the void.

The point isn't the credentials. The point is finding efficient solutions to real problems, and knowing which tool to reach for after doing it long enough. Point at the door. I come in with the key.
